Who we are

This website is run by Elevon Agents, a business of Elevon Capital Group, based in West Hills, California. Questions about this policy: hello@elevonagents.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, work email, phone number if you add it, and your message.

What we don't collect

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools or visitor profiles. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and arrange an introductory call. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, who handle it only to deliver this website and your message to us.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and passes your form message to HubSpot, the system we use to keep track of client contacts and conversations. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic connection data, such as your IP address, to serve pages and protect the site. Your browser never connects to HubSpot directly, and no HubSpot tracking code runs on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless you become a client and a longer period is needed for that work.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us at any time. Email hello@elevonagents.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Do Not Track

This site doesn't track visitors, so it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
